These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between tkko and every individual ("User") who uses our website, applications, and services. Accessing our platform, creating an account, or using any service means you have fully read, understood, and accepted all provisions of these Terms.

When necessary, tkko may request a valid national ID card, passport, or other documents to verify your identity. Withdrawal access may be limited until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Closure

tkko reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at any time and for any reason, particularly if fraud, money laundering, or platform abuse is suspected.

3.1 Deposit Limits and Methods

The minimum deposit amount at tkko is ৳100, which applies to every payment method. Currently accepted payment methods:

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Your account must have a sufficient verified balance and any active wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

3.3 Third-Party Transactions Prohibited

Transactions must only be made from accounts registered in your own name. Depositing or withdrawing using a mobile banking or bank account registered in another person's name is prohibited.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳42,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, for a total of ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings from a bonus must meet the wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is calculated at 10 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawing the bonus funds. Wagering does not apply to the original deposit amount.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

tkko reserves the right to cancel bonuses and suspend accounts if a user abuses bonus offers, attempts to collect bonuses through multiple accounts, or tries to meet bonus conditions using coordinated betting strategies.

4.4 VIP Program

tkko's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — offering maximum weekly cashback of 0.2%, 0.5%, 0.8%, and 1.0% respectively. Eligibility to advance to a higher tier depends on your overall activity.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkko platform:

• Fraud, deception, or any form of dishonest conduct
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games
• Hacking or attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in offensive behavior toward other users
• Copying, distributing, or modifying tkko's intellectual property
• Using an account on behalf of a third party or for commercial purposes

Violating these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure and legal action.
